Chocolate Ice Cream Cake

hello again.. well, this is the first time for me to make a cake. i got my girlfriend on my back helping me out because she's really good for making cake. this is the dynamic duo of me and her and we got an idea to make a chocolate cake, with ice cream inside and top of it.. and of course with a little bit love. hehehe.. here it is..



Ingredients :

- Pillsbury Chocolate Cake Flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- 1 1/4 cup of water
- Butter
- Chocolate ice cream
- Strawberry
- 13x9inch brass

How to cook :
First of all, prepare the brass and smear all over it with butter, then put the paper brass foil into it. to make batter, first take 3 eggs and put it in the large bowl, put 1/3 cup of olive oil, 1 1/4 cup of water, and pillsbury chocolate cake flour, then mix it together with mixer around 2 minutes. if you see the batter is ready, put them all into the brass.
Heat the oven for about 5 minutes with 350 F, put the brass into the oven, then bake it for about 30-40 minutes. while we waiting for the cake, prepare the chocolate ice cream, and the strawberry. if the cake is done, turn off the oven, then leave it for about 10 minutes, then put it on the flat plate and put on the fridge for about 1-2 hours.
Take the cake from the fridge and cut it horizontally into 2 pieces, then put the chocolate ice cream on it. Next, cover it with the other cake, and cut it into 4 pieces. take it the small piece of cake and put the chocolate ice cream on the top of it.



Final touch, cut the strawberry and put it on the ice cream. Chocolate ice cream cake is ready to serve.

Chicken Mushroom with Salted Egg Spices

hello pals.. it's been a long time i didn't post a new menu. well, once again i've been kind a busy with my band and last week i got fever, so yeah i didn't have time to cook. well, today i'm in my girlfriend's house and yeah she want me to cook something, while i was cooking, she started capturing the food and walaah.. i made a my own recipe using salted egg, chicken and mushroom. well, here it is..



Ingredients :

- Salted Egg
- Fillet Chicken
- Mushroom
- Onion
- Flour
- Butter
- Royco Powder
- Olive oil

How to cook :

First of all, cut the fillet chicken into long shape and mushroom into a tiny shape. then put them together to the flour and mix it. heat the olive oil in the fryingpan and put the fillet chicken and mushroom, fry it until they cook well. and put it in the plate.
Cut the onion into a tiny shape, heat the butter on the fryingpan and put the onion then fry it. if you see the onion is well done, put the salted egg, but only just the yellow part. then fry it again. you can smell the aroma of the salted egg mix with the butter then put the fillet chicken and mushroom, fry it until they mix together and add a little bit royco powder then fry it for about 1 minutes.





Last part, take the food from the fryingpan, serve with hot rice. well, chicken mushroom with salted egg spices is ready to serve

Bean Sprout Omelette

hey pals..sorry i've been busy lately, so i dont have much time to cook. well, im tryin' to make little bit experiment about omelette..but yea i did it! the taste was really kick ass.. here it is..



Ingredients :

- 2 eggs
- Flour
- Garlic
- Red Onion
- Turmeric
- Green Onion
- Bean Sprout
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilli
- Garlic Powder

How to cook :

Firstly, take the garlic, red union, turmeric, and chiili. Clean them up then pound them together. after they already mix together and become a spice, you can smell the taste of the garlic combined with turmeric.
Secondly, take the green onion and bean sprout. Cut the green onion with tiny shape and clean it with the bean sprout. Take the eggs, put the spice that already been pound, put the green onion, bean sprout, pepper, and salt then mix it together. After that put the flour and the garlic powder and mix it again until they combine together and beome a dough.
Heat the oil in the fryingpan, and put the dough into it. cook it and flip it slowly, if the omelette already change it colour into gold that mean it is already ripe. take it and put it in the plate. Bean sprout omelette is ready to serve..

Orange Punch Brainfreeze

Do you know drink in 7/11 called slurpies? well, i'm tryin make one of those drinks and it's good to drink that especially we live in this "cold" country. well, here it is..



Ingredients :

- 1 sachet of nutrisari orange drink
- 1 orange fruit
- marjan fruit punch sirup
- 2 bricks of ice
- 1/4 glass of water

How to make :

Put 1 sachet of nutrisari orange drink and orange fruit in the blender, blend it. after the orange fruit and nutrisari already mix, put 2 tablespoon of marjan fruit punch sirup, 2 bricks of ice, 1/4 glass of water and blend it again, until it combine together.

after 1 minute, take the blender from the blender machine, and put it in the glass. Orange punch brainfreeze is ready to serve.

Soy Souce Tofu & Tempeh



Ingredients :

- Tofu
- Tempeh
- Soy Souce
- Garlic Powder
- Pepper Powder
- Sesame
- Cabbage
- Carrot
- Oyster Sauce
- Soy Souce
- Salty soy souce
- Parsley
- Butter
- Water

How to cook :
First of all, heat the butter in the fryingpan and cut the tofu and tempeh into dice shape and cut the carrot into tiny shape. Put the carrot, tofu, and tempeh on it. Fry it until change it colour, then put the garlic powder (sufficient), pepper powder (sufficient), and the cabbage to the frying pan, cook it until half done.
Put the soy souce, salty soy souce, and oyster sauce on top of the food, and pour a little bit water to make the spice soak into the food. taste it, if the taste is already good, final touch put the parsley and the sesame into the food, then mix it. Take the food from the frying pan to the plate, soy souce tofu & tempeh is ready to serve.

Fried Curry Noddle



Ingredients :

- Indomie Curry Instant
- Curry Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Pepper Powder
- Chilli Powder
- Carrot
- Cabbage
- Butter
- Soy Souce
- Parsley
- Sesame
- Honey

How to cook :

First of all, boil the noddle in the hot water until the noddle is ripe while cut the carrot and cabbage like the way we want it to be. Take out the noddle and put in the plate, Heat the butter in the fryingpan then put the carrot, fry until the carrot change it colour, put the cabbage, garlic powder (Sufficient) and fry it until rare.
Put the noddle to the fryingpan, curry powder (sufficient), pepper powder (sufficient), chilli powder (sufficient), and the noddle spices. Fry it until it ripe and then put the soy souce and fry it.
Final touch, if all the cook already ripe in the fryingpan, put the sesame and take the honey in the one tablespoon then put it the in the noddle and fry it again. you can smell the aroma of the food. take it and put it the big plate, then take the parsley and spread it on top of the fried noddle. Fried curry noddle is ready to serve.

Honey Cheese Prata



Ingredients :

- Prata
- Honey
- Cheese
- Oil
- Butter

How to cook :

First of all, take the prata from the freezer and then put in the table around 1 minutes while heat the oil in the fryingpan. After that, put the prata in the fryingpan when the oil is already heat and fry it around 2 minutes until the prata change the colour into brown gold.
Take the prata from the fryingpan and stir it then put in the plate. Put the butter in the prata, grate the cheese on top of the prata with the grater, then put in the microwave for 1 minutes. Take out the prata from the microwave, you can see the cheese is melt in the prata, and then the final touch put the honey on top of the prata, then spread it. Honey cheese prata is ready to serve.
